For over two decades, our practitioners have devoted their lives towards the healing arts. With knowledge and experience in various forms of healing, they look to offer their clients something special. Which is, providing treatment from the heart. The staff at mind your body has developed family like relationships with their clients and is thankful for being able to give people natural ways of having a better quality of life.

Madelana Ferrara, M.A., CPA and co-founder of MYB, has been a practitioner of the healing arts for over three decades. Her curiosity and love of this work drives her to keep learning and exploring. With training in disciplines from the arts to business to body, mind, and spirit sciences, her knowledge base is robust.

Certified as a Practitioner of The Trager® Approach, she learned with teachers who learned directly from Dr. Milton Trager. Her Thai Yoga training was through 2 different lineages.

Madelana is also a certified Yoga Therapist in the Shamanic lineage of her teacher, Jyoti Crystal, and a certified Shamanic Hypnotherapist with Dr. Jason Martin. She is co-author of Beatitudes, Christ and The Practice of Yoga with her spirit brother, Fr. Anthony Randazzo.

Her greatest joy in the work is helping others overcome stress, trauma, and anxiety to experience their true self and a better, more satisfying life.

Richard Mack, L.M.T., is a master somatic therapist with over 30 years of experience helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting change through skilled touch and movement & energy-based therapies. Specializing in addressing trauma, stress, neurological challenges, and structural imbalances, Richard offers a personalized, integrative approach to wellness.

His clients include young athletes, adults with chronic conditions, and anyone seeking empowerment through greater self-awareness and mastery of their body’s potential.

Debora (Debby) Catanio, co-founder of MYB, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has completed two 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs (2003 and 2009). She has trained in The Trager Approach for mind/body integration. She has additional and extensive training in working with Scoliosis and bone issues, restorative yoga, back care and working with an older population. Debby has developed and runs programs for seniors that include Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Practices.

In addition to her specialized classes for people with physical challenges, she has taught in a wide variety of settings, including Starseed Yoga and MadMat Yoga.

Fernando Rojas, PhD, has been a bodywork practitioner since 2004. He completed his first training in Osho Rebalancing, a meditation-based bodywork style that combines Rolfing with Trager techniques, in Costa Rica. He went on to train in The Trager Approach and is currently certified to lead introductory classes. He is a Therapeutic Massage instructor and a NCBTMB approved provider of CE classes for massage therapists. Fernando completed his PhD at Northumbria University in the UK where his research focused on a mindfulness-based method to explore motivation in creative endeavors.
