Somatic Touch Therapy empowers your healing.

Traditional healthcare is not your only solution.

MYB’S 5-STAR experience is truly personalized for you.

  • Are you experiencing pain that limits your quality of life, lacking energy, vitality, or youthfulness?

  • Are you recovering from an injury, stress, anxiety, or emotional trauma that doesn’t seem to improve?

  • Is your medical professional giving you the attention you need?

We offer a solution that includes you in your healing.

Whether you are lying on a table receiving somatic touch therapy, actively moving to guided instruction or self-directed movement sequences, learning to meditate, or enjoying yoga nidra in the comfort of your home, all of our services offer the means for you to reconnect with yourself, become more self-aware, tune in to what your body is telling you, release stress and tension –– all to experience ease and joy.

Your body keeps the score. Tap into that knowledge.

When you walk through our door, you will experience the benefit of services that will help you help yourself everyday. Our aim is to offer you a means to improve your quality of life. Connecting mind, body, and spirit has always been the ultimate solution. Learning to recognize our internal sensations and tuning in to these guiding messages, we learn to listen. It’s called interoception and it’s the way we hear what the body knows. It’s a skill that can be learned and developed over time, and it’s one that will change your life.

Self-awareness is the stepping stone.

Learning to use it as a tool gives us more power over how we feel by giving us the ability to choose what we will allow to affect us. When we are affected by recurring stress or even unresolved trauma, or injury, the body becomes tense. The muscles contract. We experience what Thomas Hanna called “Sensory Motor Amnesia”. This means that we forget that we are tense. We forget that we once felt ease. We become accustomed to working around our muscle tension, contraction, and movement limitations. Learning awareness and the skill of identifying not only HOW we feel, but WHAT and WHERE we feel is the beginning of recovery.

It’s time to take action.
