Part 1 will cover some basics of breath and include foundational breath practices for all levels of practitioner. This is the foundation of a healthy approach to breath practice.
Part 2 will vary based on who is attending and will assume the foundational practices are in place or that they are familiar. This practice will offer practices that are more rigorous and require some basic experience with pranayama.
Both parts will include some amount of time spent in quiet witnessing and offer a meditative experience.
Please allow a minimum of 60-minutes, but possibly up to 90-minutes for each session.
Part 1 is required to take Part 2.
Both parts can be repeated as desired and Part 2 will always vary based on practitioners, facilitator, and other conditions, so repeat as often as you like.
