No experience needed to participate

Each session will start with a check-in to learn your personal needs and interests. This will help determine which practices are suitable for all participants.

All sessions begin with a basic foundation for breath practice and include foundational breath practices for all levels of practitioner.

Every session will vary based on who is attending and will offer practices that are suitable for those attending.

Sessions will include some amount of time spent in quiet witnessing to offer a meditative experience.

Please allow a minimum of 60-minutes, but possibly up to 90-minutes for each session.
